New York Comic Con starts today. I’m not there, because I have a job. But I’ll be there tomorrow to sign galleys (that’s publishing-speak for early, cheapo, paperback versions) of my book and generally to enjoy the free access that my autographing gig gets me.
Though I’ll be missing the Futurama premiere, which is today, and the Joss Whedon panel too, which is Sunday. And my autographing slot conflicts with both the Penny Arcade panel and the fantasy writers roundtable. So basically I will have no fun at all.
Though I will be overlapping in the “Autographing Area” with both the excellent Douglas Wolk, and also (apparently? is this real?) Lou Ferrigno. 1:00 to 2:00 on Saturday. Stop by.
