Too bad that at $120 this book is a little pricier than a lot of us can afford, even for a book which is “stunning in its hubris, crushingly convincing, gloriously uncategorizable.”

Maybe some kind soul out there has a copy they will offer me at some bargain-basement price like, oh, $50? :-)
