Excellent list! Very happy to see GLaDOS there. Maybe the best video game character ever. In fact, I'd say one of Valve's greatest assets is their ability to create colorful, believable and likable characters. Bioware, take note: just giving a character a lot to say doesn't necessarily make them any more interesting (I hate when Bioware boasts about how many spoken lines of dialog their games have).

Love the list. Anyone who has seen Venture Brothers loves Brock Sampson. As a character I've loved this decade in web comics is Richard from Looking for Group. Guy cracks me up and can kick some ass.

Brock Samson gives this list immediate credibility. My personal favorite is when he's speaking with his clone:

Brock 2: You're going to kill him when he shows up, aren't ya?
Brock 1: Oh, you know it.

glad you mentioned Brock Samson. VB is the probably one of my favorite animated shows of the decade (another list!). Dont forget, he cut open Edgar Allan Poe like a Tauntaun.
Alan Tudyk was perfect for Firefly.
