Fallujah hasn’t been released but it’s received criticism for its premise alone. Based on the Iraq war, it follows U.S. Marines fighting in the war-torn city. It was going to be published by Konami, but was dropped after a public outcry by war vets and peace groups. It’s still in development without a publisher.
