You’ve got to give it to Terry Gilliam: The man can roll with the punches.
I took my second trip to Pandora Friday night – this time at a different IMAX 3D screen, with a couple hundred giddy first-timers. You can find a recap of my first impressions a week ago here. (You can also read the complete Avatar roundtable discussion here) As for round two, my thoughts:

OK, listen, Star Defense. Stop crying. I know I said some things on Tuesday. About your gameplay. And it’s not that I didn’t mean them. But that doesn’t mean that’s all I feel about you. I want you to know — jeez, would ya stop crying for a minute and listen?
Congrats to Scott Kurtz over at PvP for landing an inking gig on Neal Adams’ Batman project for DC. I’ve personally been waiting to see what Odyssey is all about since I get a bonerd for Batman. Kurtz will be live streaming the session tonight. Can’t wait!
The trailer was spectacular and appears to stay true to Mark Miller’s comic, but like Peter Sciretta over at Slash Film points out, these posters aren’t doing the film justice.
