After some shipping issues, Techland has finally received review units of the Palm Pre Plus and Palm Pixi Plus for Verizon Wireless. Both devices launch on the 25th of this month for $149.99 and $99.99, respectively. After a $100 MIR and 2-year contract, of course. The unlimited data plan for Verizon is $29.99. A unique and exclusive feature for both Verizon devices is the 3G Hotspot app, which goes for $40/month with a 5GB “allowance.” Voice and text plans range from $39.99 up to $89.99.

Those of you in the loop know that both devices sans “Plus” have been available for Sprint for some time now, but the Plus variants are a shade different. For example, the Pixi Plus now has built-in Wi-Fi along with a few cosmetic changes. The Pre Plus has ditched its outer hard button, bumped up internal storage from 8GB to 16GB and also comes with a few other subtle changes.
