Vanquish: Is This The Next Great Sci-Fi Shooter?

The trailer for Vanquish, a new shooter from famed game designer Shinji Mikami (Resident Evil series), debuted last night on GameTrailers TV. It’s definitely a must-see. There’s zero chance the actual gameplay will look this amazing in the final product but the concept (guy in Master Chief-style battle armor wards off what looks like an alien mech invasion of an American metropolis) alone is enough to get me excited for this one. Release date TBA, natch.
