Fuji Announces Bevy Of Digital Cameras

PMA is going down later this month in Anaheim, but that won’t be stopping the camera manufacturers from announcing their goods a few weeks early. On tap for today is Fujifilm with the F80EXR, Z700EXR and HS10 and a gaggle of other entry-level point and shoots. Here’s the quick and dirty on the cream of the crop.

FinePix F80EXR: 12-megapixel Super CCD EXR Sensor, 3-inch LCD, 720p video capture, 10x wide-angle optical zoom. Ships next month for $299.95. (Spec sheet)

FinePix Z700EXR: 12-megapixel Super CCD EXR Sensor, 3.5-inch 16:9 touch-screen, 720p video capture, ISO up to 1600, 5x periscopic optical zoom. Ships next month for $279.95. (Spec sheet)

FinePix HS10: 10-megapixel BSI-CMOS sensor for low light performance, 3-inch tilting LCD, DSLR-like body, Fujinon 30x manual optical zoom, triple image stabilization, 10FPS continuous shooting mode, 1000FPS slow-mo video capture, 1080i video capture. Ships next month for $499.95. (Spec sheet)
