Latest Stan Lee Comic … Starring Stan Lee

Behind some of the most iconic superheroes in comic history, Stan Lee is now working on his latest series, starring himself.

The 87-year-old behind the creation of Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Thor and the X-Men – just to name a few – is now working on his latest creation: a multimedia series titled Super Seven. The story follows seven aliens stranded on Earth who meet Lee and eventually follow him as they become superheros on earth.

The new project will be available in print, online broadcast and retail in 2010, Lee announced Wednesday.

Says Lee:

“Nothing is more exciting to me, as a writer, than creating a new type of story or introducing a new theme. Although I’ve briefly appeared in other comics, Super Seven is the first time that I’ll actually be a continuing character in a far-out, original superhero series.”

Karaoke lovers typically fall into two categories: Those who enjoy it, and those whose arms have to be twisted to get up and sing in public.
