Hipstamatic ($1.99)

I rarely gush over iPhone apps, but Hipstamatic is hands-down my favorite app of the moment. A tribute to the original Hipstamatic 100 that was created by the Dobrowski brothers in the early 80s, the iPhone app offers a variety of lenses, flashes and film for what seems like an endless combination of outcomes. Upload photos directly to Facebook or Flickr within the app. The recent 150 update allows for full resolution prints and uninterrupted music streaming. The only downside is that you can’t import photos that have already been taken for post-processing.
The core Hipstamatic app will set you back $1.99, but it’s definitely worth picking up the additional HipstaPaks at $0.99 each. Check out the full range of Hipstamatic equipment here.
