Apparently, Syfy’s not done spinning its BSG web.
Syfy exec Mark Stern told The Hollywood Reporter that the network plans to order yet another Battlestar spinoff series, saying:
“We’re looking for other ways to spin off Battlestar beyond Caprica. That world is so rich. We’re sitting down with (executive producer) Ron Moore and his team. It would not necessarily be a traditional series.”
He also told THR that the odds of Caprica’s renewal for a second season was hopeful, noting that ratings have hit a series high with 1.6 million viewers.
It certainly sounds like Syfy has quite a bit up their sleeves, and the BSG train isn’t showing signs of stopping. Will you watch yet another spinoff?
