Here’s what else is going on in nerd news around the Web:

We like those odds: A “lost” survey of 5,000 librarians says that 1 in 5 have had sex in the stacks. Conducted in 1992 by now-defunct Wilson Library Bulletin the survey also produced these interesting facts about your friendly neighborhood librarian:

51% said they would pose nude for money.

61% have rented an x-rated movie.

91% have read The Joy of Sex.

63% have had sex in a car.

Let’s all just take a second and let this sink in … Now then, even more interesting about the info is that surveyor Will Manley was actually fired from his position at the Bulletin for gathering the information, which the publication refused to print. We thank you Will Manley, for bringing this fabulous information to light. (We’ll just let Tina Fey take it from here.)

HAHA: No one can pronounce the name of this damn volcano. This is the biggest “gotcha” Mother Nature has ever pulled.

ZOMG: Glow in the dark TRON hoodies and tees, $20-$45 at Threadless.

C2E2 Continued: Dark Horse Comics and Hammer Films have announced that a series of comics and graphic novels will come out this September to coincide with the October release of “Let Me In”. Everyone has seen the original Swedish horror flick, “Let the Right One In,” which this is based on, right?

We Want What We Can’t Have: The now defunct “Gatchaman” movie excited just about everyone (including my Mom), but its eventual demise rocked the Nerd World to its core. It’s not our intention to rub salt in old wounds but here’s a pretty bad-ass trailer.
