MacGyver Weekend USA Via Mythbusters! The Art of Picking a Lock With a Light Bulb

Talk about some brilliant TV scheduling.

For those of you planning to hit up MacGruber this weekend, first check out our interview with Will Forte, the hapless secret agent himself. Then see the movie on Saturday, and follow it all up with a day-long MacGyver chaser on Sunday.

The Discovery Channel will be airing a Mythbusters marathon from 9 a.m. Sunday to 3 a.m. – yes, that’s 19 hours people – with a special encore presentation of the “MacGyver myths” episode airing at 10 p.m. EST.

The episode where they try to build an airplane out of a mini engine, bamboo and duct tape; the show where they demonstrate how to pick a lock using a lightbulb. Enjoy:
