Deadline is reporting that Transformer’s director Michael Bay has selected his Megan Fox replacement. English Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley will become Megan 3.0, and not unlike Miss Fox herself, Transformers will be 23-year-old Whiteley’s first acting gig.

Whiteley has worked with Bay previously, though, while shooting ads for Victoria’s Secret. (Remember the commercials with supermodels and explosions? That was Bay.) She apparently read for the Transformers part last Friday, and beat out actresses Sarah Wright (The House Bunny) and Brooklyn Decker (upcoming Just Go With It). She’ll start shooting with co-star Shia LaBoef in a few weeks.
