The phone will be out at the end of the month with a starting price of $199 with a two-year AT&T contract. So if you’ve been waiting to get an iPhone, should you get the now-discounted iPhone 3GS for $99 or step up to the iPhone 4? And if you’re up for a contract renewal, should you drop $200 on the iPhone 4 when it comes out?
