Maybe it’s just me, but Yoda’s looks yellow (should be green) and Mace Windu’s looks blue (should be purple).

See anything wrong? Yeah, you BET I see something wrong! Those idiots left all those light sabers turned on!! I mean, those things are 10 times more dangerous than a power saw, and you’d never leave one of THOSE lying around still running.

  • adreas0

Yeah, Mace Windu’s should definitly be purple, Yoda’s should be Green, and Ki-Adi-Mundi’s lightsaber should be Blue. Oh and Adi Gallia was definitly a Jedi and not a sith, and her lightsaber was Blue. And finally, Obi-wan didn’t take the working half of Darth Mauls lightsaber.

  • azrafael

For me the obvious error in display is Darth Maul’s.

Damaged; Half-recovered. Yet it is shown in its complete form.

  • cspainey

I’m assuming this was made before Attack of the Clones, because originally Ki-Adi Mundi’s lightsaber was purple (action figures and expanded universe). Also Plo Koon had a yellow blade, but when Attack of the Clones came out, Windu was the only Jedi to have a lightsaber that wasn’t blue or green. Feel like a huge nerd, but damnit I found that disappointing…

cspainey, we’re all huge nerds. That’s why we rock. :D
The two most obvious mistakes are Yoda and Mace Windu. Windy’s like the only purple lightsaber in the movies. I think.

I think this chart is based on some sort of odd secondary canon. Notice that the offending lightsabers – Yoda’s and Windu’s – are both marked TPM for Phantom Menace, in which we see neither saber. It’s possible that Windu’s lightsaber was blue at that time, and he switched to purple when he was granted his electrum-plated hilt in the intermediary years. Similarly, Yoda’s may have been yellow at the time of Ep. I, and switched for green by the time of Ep. II.
