I have friends who won’t buy an Apple product because of the same reason but I think Sony’s worse. That being said, I just bought lots of Sony gear a few weeks ago. LOL Products are awesome, but “customer no-service” or lack of “customer is king” gets to me sometimes.

We got our PS3 used. Works just as well / 1/2 the price. Little Big Planet made Sony a TON o’ $.
