Apple definitely has to fix this. It&#039;s a major failure of quality control and the it&#039;s quickly becoming evident that it&#039;s not the only problem. The proximity sensor is starting to tick people off too and I don&#039;t think a piece of tape is going to fix that.]]></description>

If they correct the issue, Apple has an easy and fast path to helping their users correct the issue.  It&#039;ll be interesting to see if or how Apple reacts to CR&#039;s rating.]]></description>
