I can picture it now. Dude watches Nightmare on Elm Street 4 with his buddies, eating Frito’s and commenting on the terror.
Dude #1: “Oh man, what if you really couldn’t sleep or you’d die.”
Dude #2: “What if you couldn’t talk?”
Dude #1: “I’ve got it! What if you died when you sneezed?”
Dude #2: “Whoa.”
Ah, how terrible plots are hatched. (I’m also going to take a wild guess and say that this is similar to how the entire story of The Hottie And The Nottie was written.) The budding filmmaker in the video takes a minute to lay out his plot in detail for his first apocalyptic thriller, Gesundheit – a film chronicling a story where the human race literally sneezes itself to death. Aptly set during allergy season for maximum carnage, the film, I’m sure, is being fought over by both Uwe Boll and M. Night Shyamalan, but there is consolation for the loser. Death by farting, a reboot, could really sell. I think I’ll call it Lethal Gas. Hollywood, call me.
