Given his most recent film making catastrophe, M. Night Shyamalan’s name in connection to a film is more kiss of death than prompt to pay $12.50. Listen to this audience’s reaction to his involvement in upcoming Devil before a showing of Inception this weekend. You can almost hear the collective eye rolling. Considering Airbender was Shyamalan’s rumored “redemption flick,” I won’t insult you with talk of its possibility of greatness.
