On-demand music service MOG announced the availability of its iPhone and Android apps this morning. We’ve been testing various builds of the iPhone app over the last few weeks and it blows Pandora and all others out of the water. Music junkies, this is the app for you.

With artist only stations, MOG gives subscribers exactly what they want, when they want. There are no limitations, restrictions or annoying ads with MOG. Wow. That sounded like an informercial.

For $9.99/month, MOG offers unlimited listening and all-you-can-eat downloads (up to 320 kbps) to your mobile device for offline listening. The subscription applies to the desktop service, as well. Playlists and favorites, for example, sync seamlessly from web to mobile. Powered by MOG Mobius, subscribers have the ability to sprinkle in similar artists as much or as little as they’d like.

The only downside to this launch is that MOG doesn’t support iOS 4 multi-tasking but MOG promises an update in the near term.
