It should had been the other way around, people buying a ‘I-Phone’ should had been thrown in jail for being so stupid! That’s like buying a computer and the maker says ‘yes you can go online, but you can’t download any programs you must buy all programs for your computer from our store or we will lock/freeze the computer that you paid full price for and own!’

Really? The Android store is a logjam of garbage apps. Is that really the model we should be touting? I’m all for jail breaking for those who choose to do so but as far as what apple carry in its store consider this; Apple’s way has always been quality over quantity and that’s what’s made the difference in its phenomenal success.

I think this is great. I’m glad that it’s no longer an offense to jailbreak your iPhone. I just never understood how it could be.

Well, hopefully this opens some doors to better things in the future.
