A discussion about issues with Exchange over at Motorola’s support forums has revealed a tentative release date for Froyo for the Droid X. According to Motorola employee Matt, Droid X users will get the Froyo (Android 2.2) update in early September.
A fix for this will be included in the upgrade to Android 2.2 scheduled for deployment by early September.
