Skype has filed for a U.S. IPO today and the Internet calling service is looking to raise $100 million after being sold off by eBay last fall. Some notable facts about the company were revealed in its filing with the SEC.

Of the 560 million registered users only 8.1 million pay for the service, which averages out to $96 spent per year per user or $115.8 million (adjusted, of course) in revenue. An estimated 560 million hours have been logged by the entire user base, which includes both video and voice chats.
