Monday. You can’t stop it, you can only hope to get through it. Here’s a set of handpicked gadget deals to help you do just that.
Refurbished 4.3-inch Insignia GPS: $29.99, today only (CowBoom.com)
Best Buy-owned CowBoom.com offers a one-day deal on a refurbished GPS. It’s an Insignia, which is a Best Buy house brand. Works out nicely, eh? At $30, there’s not much to think about if you’re in the market for a GPS system. Might want to pony up the extra $5 for a full year warranty, though. The deal’s good today only.
Toshiba 640GB portable hard drive: $68.99, today only (Amazon)
Amazon is selling a 640GB external hard drive for $69 today, down from the regular price of $84. It’s completely USB powered, which means minimal cord clutter.
Refurbished Kodak EasyShare camera: $39.99, today only (Woot)
It’s a refurbished 12-megapixel camera with a 3x optical zoom. For $40. With a 90-day warranty. That’s about it. The price is good today only. It won’t be the best camera you own, but it may be the cheapest.
Dynex 32-inch TV plus Blu-ray player: $429.98 (Best Buy)
Maybe for the den or rumpus room? You get a 32-inch 720p TV plus a Blu-ray player with built-in Wi-Fi connection for $100 less than you’d pay for both items separately.
Proscan 40-inch 1080p TV: $399 (Walmart)
Now we’re talking. A 40-inch or larger 1080p TV for under $400 is a good deal any which way you slice it. I can’t speak for Proscan’s quality but the user reviews on the product page look pretty positive.
New Mac Mini: $629 (Frys.com)
The newly redesigned Mac Mini is priced at $629 through Fry’s. Apple sells the same one for $699. The deal is good until this Thursday.

Dell 24-inch LCD monitor: $179.99 (Dell.com)

HP desktop with 20-inch monitor: $599.99 (Office Depot)
This quad-core desktop comes with 6GB of RAM and a 750GB hard drive, plus a 20-inch 1600×900 monitor for $160 off after $110 instant discount and $50 mail-in rebate.
