WebOS: Dead? Oh, Sure, Almost Certainly — But Not Definitely

It’s hard to imagine a future for the once-promising operating system. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have one.

Okay, here we go:

I never thought of this much, but it definitely is my least favorite and the one I’ve seen the fewest times.

Lets start off with the snow…I hate cold weather…so right there you’ve lost me a bit. Perhaps if I were watching from the comfort of my very own adorable Tauntaun sleeping bag, well that might be a different story.

Then you have all that boring stuff that goes on in Cloud City. I must admit that I have actually forgotten most of this part of the film, except that Lando is now bad…strike 2. And then finally there is that who thing with Han and the carbonite, while this makes for a great cliffhanger between films…it’s sad, I like Han!

Say what you will about the Ewoks, but being a fan of their (now seemingly horrible) made for TV movies and cartoon series as a child, I really enjoyed, and continue to enjoy Jedi more than ESB.

That being said I did own the Battle for Hoth board game and some of the toys related to that film, and I’d still LOVE to get a code for Star Wars: Battle for Hoth.

The problem with Empire was Luke. In ROTJ, Luke is in BLACK !! with a new GREEN lightsaber !! he was one bad mofo in ROTJ. In Empire, he was kinda whiney. That alone makes ROTJ better.

Why I hate Empire Strikes Back? Well, for starters, there is no Death Star. I mean, where did it go? Oh yeah, Luke destroyed it… And in Return of the Jedi, it’s rebuilt! The Death Star makes movies awesome, but it wasn’t in Empire Strikes Back, so it kinda sucks…

But the real reason I hate Empire Strikes Back was because of Hoth. The Battle was pretty cool (I’m just saying that to get the game :P), but all the native species on it are fake, ugly, and make the most annoying sounds, from the lamas to the abominable snowmen. They suck so much they don’t deserve me to call them by their real species’ name. Then Yoda comes along…don’t get me started on Master Yoda!

Hope this gets me the game.
