Of course, Shank‘s not a game on a disc so there’s no actual physical copy to win. What you can get, though, is an Xbox 360 download code for Klei’s gritty stab-em-up. All you need to do is sound off in comments and tell me who’s been the toughest, most macho hombre in video games up until this point. I loved Shank and think you will, too.

Jury: Google Didn’t Infringe on Oracle Patents

A federal jury in San Francisco has decided that Google didn’t infringe on Oracle’s patents when the search company developed its popular Android software for mobile devices.

at first I thought kratos too, or snake or mc, but those guys get tough by being a god of war or genetically enhanced. I figure the toughest game character is paperboy. Do you know any other videogame character that would take that much punishment and crap for a lousy paper route? That kid is one tough badass!
