WSJ Reports Verizon iPhone in 2011, Again

This is getting redundant and completely obnoxious.

The WSJ is yet again reporting that Apple and Verizon will release a CDMA version of the iPhone in early 2011 and that production will begin later this year. But this coming from the same reporter who wrote back in March that Verizon would be getting the iPhone this fall. Following a Bloomberg report earlier this summer it’s getting harder and harder to take these rumors seriously but we can’t ignore them either. Then again, Verizon said they had “no plans to carry the iPhone in the immediate future” but that was in June.

One more thing…Apple is developing new hardware for the next model, says the WSJ. Duh. But it won’t be the same form factor as the iPhone 4. Hmm…
