Sure, I find new bands all the time (using Pandora), and from there I’ll regularly purchase their music (on Amazon). But it’s not ten songs a month anymore, and there’s no way I’d spend that ten dollars to “rent” songs whenever I want to listen to them. Again, I already have most of what I want. When that’s the case – as I’m guessing it is for most people under the age of 18 – it would be silly to pony up that much money to listen to the few songs you don’t already own.
