He may not have been a massive success as a movie star, but Marvel’s Incredible Hulk is headed back to somewhere where he was a definite smash hit: television. Bruce Banner’s alter-ego is to star in one of two live action projects Marvel TV is currently developing for corporate sibling ABC, with 1980s anti-drug/teenage runaway series Cloak & Dagger the surprise second choice, according to the Hollywood Reporter (The latter series is being developed for ABC Family).
The television arm of Marvel Entertainment is also hoping to develop a series based on another big-screen disappointment, according to the report; The Punisher is said to be a likely candidate for development for a cable outlet.
