Sweet merciful crap, look at this thing. It’s called the Table Connect for iPhone and it’s apparently set to launch in four days. Well, at least there will be a “video demo launch” in four days, according to the site.
How much will it cost? Who knows. Too much for most people, I’m guessing. It’s basically going to be a big, multi-touch screen that connects to your iPhone and mirrors whatever’s happening on the small screen. You’ll have to jailbreak your iPhone, too, but that’s the least of your worries considering you’ll spend all day trying to keep people from spilling on your fancy table.
Think of the games you could play on this. Air hockey, cards, Angry Birds, whatever. Everything’s better on a 58-inch screen that doubles as a table.
