Recent murmurs of a November 21 ship date and $650 price tag for Samsung’s 7-inch Galaxy Tab have officially been confirmed by AT&T.

AT&T will sell the Galaxy Tab for $650 with no contract on November 21st. The company currently offers two data plans: $15 per month for 200MB, and $25 per month for 2GB.

Let’s update the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pricing and Availability Roundup.

T-Mobile: Wednesday, November 10th

Price: $399.99 with a two-year contract

Data plans: $25/month for 200MB, $40/month for 5GB

Verizon: Thursday, November 11th

Data plans: $20/month for 1GB, $35/month for 3GB, $50/month for 5GB

Sprint: Sunday, November 14th

Price: $399.99 with a two-year contract

Verizon Galaxy Tab with 3G: $599.99 with no contract

Sprint Galaxy Tab with 3G: $599.99 with no contract

Rumored Wi-Fi Galaxy Tab (no 3G): $499.99

AT&T: Sunday, November 21st

Price: $649.99 with no contract

Data Plans: $15/month for 200MB, $25/month for 2GB

As you can see, AT&T will be last to the party as far as the Galaxy Tab is concerned and will be selling it for $50 more than Verizon’s no-contract price tag. Verizon’s cheapest plan starts at $20 per month, versus $15 per month on AT&T, though. AT&T will also be giving away $50 worth of “Media Hub Movie Rental credit” for a limited time.
