J.K. Rowling: No More Harry Potter Books

Daniel Radcliffe told MTV News that he’s officially done with playing Harry Potter. The boy wizard actor says J.K. Rowling texted him saying he’ll never have to play the titular character again.

“Basically, it amounted to the fact that she felt I had been very good in this ‘Harry Potter’ film, and as a reward for that, she wasn’t going to [write] any more ‘Harry Potter’ [books],” Radcliffe said. She did tell Oprah that the possibility is still open, however, a few months back.

So who did she tell the truth to: Radcliffe or Oprah? Can not tell Oprah the truth and get away with it? Evidence shows that she tends to get mad when people lie to her. While the epilogue was completely unnecessary, the series was neatly wrapped up so there really is no need for more books. Or, do you think there is room for more material?
