This list is really lacking. Seven items? And in this economy, you're going to pick out $200+ books, not to mention a collection of obscure woodcuts? Fail. I read Techland here and there, but next to USA Today's Pop Candy or IGN, this doesn't hold up. I don't know who your target audience is, but presumably I'm it, and this just doesn't do it for me. Pop Candy had a much more interesting gift list of graphic novels today. I'm not trying to be difficult on you, but could you try a little harder? You could add to this list, revise it, dump it and try again. It's the Internet, not print -- that's allowed. I mean, The Walking Dead compendium isn't even on here -- the source material for the top-ranked TV show on cable, and it's an enormous -- and most importantly, affordable -- $35 volume. I already own those, but mentioning it would be a great reader service. Or how about DC's new $13 HC reprint of the classic Superman vs. Muhammad Ali bout? There are much better offerings you could list. This just feels very out of touch and a tad too pretentious.
