Also if you live down a private road then no one can access your property or road without your permission so by going down that road your denying the point of it being a private road.

Gee no ‘Google’ now we have privacy? Heck, I’ll just pull up a satelite shot and see thier whole property! Privacy is the INTERIOR of a home or property, not the exterior. Same with the stars, step out of your front door and I can take a picture. If they don’t like that, they should had got a job at ‘Mickey D’s’.
