Zynga’s CityVille is Company’s Biggest Game Launch Yet

Move over Farmville: Zynga’s CityVille has proven to be the company’s biggest game launch yet with 290,000 players in 24 hours, according to Games Beat. A week later now more than 2.7 million players enjoy the new game, which combines elements from the popular Farmville and the classic Sim City. According to App Data, Farmville is still the company’s most popular game with 54 million users, but the new game easily doubled what is now the the second biggest launch, Frontierville, and shows no signs of stopping.
