Long term they won&#039;t be exactly the same but they won&#039;t end up like Dell or (heaven forbid) HP.  Apple has a culture of innovation and even with 100% less of Jobs things will largely be the same.]]></description>

I don&#039;t think that anyone would have assumed any different if they hadn&#039;t seen the data but were asked to guess the answer.  The problem is that Jobs IS Apple as far as the general public is concerned.  Most people couldn&#039;t name another person at Apple outside of Jobs.  His personality looms large over the whole company even if he is basically just doing product development now.  He is considered Apple&#039;s single handed savior and there&#039;s no perception of an Apple beyond Jobs.]]></description>
