Just &#039;hack&#039; (it&#039;s not hard to do... your &#039;wi-fi&#039; will search for signals) onto a non &#039;secured&#039; wi-fi signal and &#039;surf the web&#039; to your hearts content.  That is how I&#039;m reading and replying to a &#039;Time&#039;s&#039; article.]]></description>
