Rumor (no way, an Apple rumor?!) has it that Apple may be working on an iPhone that would cost $200 without a contract, be one-third smaller than the current iPhone, and have no Home button.

There’s another rumor (no way, another Apple rumor?!) that Apple may be working on a single iPhone model that would work on GSM systems like AT&T and CDMA systems like Verizon, switchable via a simple software toggle.
