Toronto&#039;s smaller &quot;downtown&quot; airport is named after Canada&#039;s first-world-war flying ace, Billy Bishop. It&#039;s odd that IBM&#039;s own page on this question doesn&#039;t mention that, since it surely was part of what led Watson to pick Toronto.]]></description>
