The line between being online and watching TV is very blurry. After all, when me or my kids are watching tv through the TVDevo web site, we are also online since all the tv shows are streamed over the internet.

Rather than sitting passively in front of a TV, they can play games that teach addition, spelling, puzzle-solving, and language skills. I moderate and monitor my child’s use of the internet, but I’m glad she has that as an option.
