Refurbished 30-gigabyte iPod: $100 at Cowboom.com (today only)
Remember the iPod? Like, the regular, scroll-wheel, oh-so-you-don’t-have-an-iPhone-or-iPod-touch iPod? The iPod Classic, if you will.
Best Buy’s deal-a-day site Cowboom.com is selling the fifth-generation, refurbished, 30-gigabyte iPod Classic for $100.
But surely you can get some sort of new iPod with around 30-gigabytes of storage for $100, right? Right?! Not right.
You can add a one-year warranty to your new, old iPod for $9 or a two-year warranty for $18. I’d opt for at least one of those, as you’re dealing with a refurbished product that uses a mechanical hard drive to store files.
