What do you do with a decommissioned Boeing 747? If you’re the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum in McMinnville, Oregon, the answer’s as awesome as it is unexpected: You turn it into a water slide.

The 747, which spent 39 years in the air before coming to its final resting place south of Portland, will sit on the roof of the non-profit Evergreen Wings and Waves Waterpark and be open to visitors. More excitingly for those with a thing for aviaton-and-aquatic-themed action, each of the plane’s emergency exits will be repurposed as water slides that’ll dump thrillseekers into one of multiple pools inside the building.

The Wings and Waves Waterpark opens this June. Waterwings for all visitors is recommended, if only for the comedy.
