I’m a tree. Apple (the company) stole my red delicious offspring as the basis for their logo. They’re even worse than pear trees, who need to stop producing pears that look like apples. It’s confusing to the ignorant masses…who buy pears thinking they’re apples.

If they were identical, then it would have made sense to sue. Its not blatantly copied. Each concept is different from what Apple already has. The curvature of the buttons are different too.
Copyright on the rounded Rectangled Shapes is an excuse. Whats next? Copyright the use of round transistor-like buttons on thier “i”Devices :)

I think Mr. Job’s is losing it. Ummm… they are ‘square shaped with rounded corners’. Similar but not identical. Did he ever get sued by IBM becuase early Apple computers keyboad keys were the same shape as IBM’s? Did Mr. Job get sued by Palm for the short lived Apple PDA? IBM, Palm if he does sue Samsung see if your lawyers can still sue Apple.
