HTC’s well-received “Droid Incredible” Android smartphone has gotten an update in the Droid Incredible 2, which is set to launch on Thursday for $200 with a two-year contract through Verizon.
The Incredible 2’s specs aren’t wildly different from the first: It still has a 1GHz processor, Android 2.2, and an 8-megapixel camera like the original.
However, the new version sports a slightly larger 4-inch screen (versus 3.7 inches), a front-facing camera, the rear-facing camera shoots HD video, and there’s international calling compatibility for more than 200 countries now.
