I don’t want to ‘wave’ my phone by a terminal, nor to have that terminal ‘accidently’ pick up my phone’s signal and pay for someone else’s goods! I want a clerk to handle my card, ask for my id (that is what is printed in the signature area on the back of my charge/debit cards), match it to the signature on the bill and return the card and receipt to me. I don’t want to be calling my charge company wondering why my bill says I ordered 35 softdrinks and 15 packages of diapers!!!
