The cat’s out of the bag!

Screenshots of some internal T-Mobile documents released by TMoNews show the return of unlimited Wi-Fi. As of today, T-Mobile customers can make phone calls over Wi-Fi without using minutes from their plans. While it’s not a new feature, it’s only a free feature for those with Even More, Even More Plus and 4G Do More plans.

But that’s not all! TMoNews also reports that T-Mobile will also unveil two additional features on May 22. Name ID – previously known as Caller Name – will provide users with the name, number, city and state of unblocked callers not already in their contacts.

The wireless provider will also upgrade the existing visual voicemail service with a voicemail-to-text service. It’s pretty self-explanatory, if you haven’t figured it out yet (hint: users can receive a text version of their voicemails).

And there’s your dose of good news for the day, T-Mobile users – or future AT&T users? No one is sure yet.
