According to a new Cisco study, 56% of college students and recent college graduates would refuse to work for a company that banned social media like Facebook and Twitter, demonstrating their awareness of just how important YouTube links and pithy updates from your favorite Adult Swim-friendly comedians are to actually getting through your work day.

The survey also revealed that 70% of college students now believe that an office is unnecessary to being a productive worker, with 25% of respondents saying that they think their productivity would increase if they worked from home. Not if they keep tweeting and checking Facebook, it won’t.
