20.6 Billion

Yahoo has lost more than half of its value in the last four years, according to a valuation by Silver Lake Partners. The company, working with Microsoft and TPG Capital, has valued the company at $20.6 billion, far below the $44.6 billion the company was estimated to be worth by Microsoft when the latter bid on Yahoo in February 2008. Yahoo is currently offering a 19.9% stake in the company, and is said to be considering offers.
