Tucked inside one of our favorite Manhattan bookstores is the passive aggressive genius of booksellers Dustin Kurtz and Sam MacLaughlin. Their brief dispatches reassure us of the real reason social networks were created: to channel the occasional (and understandable) rage that comes with working in a bookstore during the digital age. While the McNally Jackson team seems to handle the public with amazing finesse, we can’t get enough of their frustrated humor.
